To all Reiki practitioners out there! Help Iranian People!

You can help. If you practice Reiki or any similar healing art/method, you can help Iranian people right now. There are many injured, wounded, spiritually shaken people in Iran at the moment. The basij is trying to arrest people at hospitals so protesters are not willing to go to hospitals when they are injured. People who are initiated into the second degree of Reiki can send distant healing energy to Iran. This is an extraordinary situation and you can help right from your living room.

You can do one or all of these:

1. Find Iran on the map, especially Tehran, and use it as a link to send healing energy to people who may need it. You can be sure many people need this is at the moment.

2. Find Iran on the map, use it as your imaginary link to send peace energy. You can do that exactly in the same manner like you send healing energy. Use all the appropriate symbols which are required.

3. Light a candle to keep your concentration and imagine that Iran become free, peacefully. You don't need to force your mind. Just visualize that the protesters achieved to revolt and that Iran becomes a free, democratic country once again.
